user test week4 Tuseday

We find out many issues through the user testing this time.
In this journey, the target for the user is get to the article on the community "Our city" that the user has written.

First of all, the user kind of dont know where to go on the homepage. There is no obivous sign on the home page. 

There is a word on the page"Please show you are not a Robert" which supposed to mean "Please show you are not a robot"(i don't know why i wrote down "Robert")

This page does not show the "next"or "go" option. And the "Community preference"on the top does not clearly show the user what this page is about. It is better to add "Please choices the area that you are interesting in to customise your page." 

There is a proble of the transition from the last page to this page. As this page is like a subcategory of the last page. It creates confusion to the users about whether the user directly come to this page after he/she clicks the design option or the user can mutiply click the options on the last page and specifically get to this page after that.

First, there was a mistake(which does not show on the image)that the log in option on the top right is still showing up. Besides, rather than showing "your community", "__'s community"is more ineractive.  

All in all, i mistake to create the user journey particularly for "Sarah" without considering the situation for the other users. The user target is contradictory in the first place(If the user does not has an account in the first place it is impossible that he has already has an article on the community).
